Happy Valentines Day!

Hayden made his daddy red velvet cupcakes for Valentines Day. He's never helped me cook so I wasn't sure how he would do, but the cupcakes turned out great! (And as you can see from all the red on his hands and lips, he enjoyed the cupcake mix as well!)

Vampire Update

So, I'm very much in love with Edward. haha And apparently so are alot of my friends (shout out Camie, Sarah & Kim!) These Twilight books are so addicting. I'm almost done with the 2nd one, New Moon, and can't wait to read the 3rd! David thinks I'm a dorky teenager and says I should read Harry Potter too while I'm at it. If he only knew....

Ice!

Hayden begged me to let him go outside today. So, I finally gave in when we went next door after nap to play with his friend Emma. He had so much fun "crunching" the grass between our house and theirs. Yay for ice days and staying home from work!

Twilight....

Yes, I am joining the cult... haha No, not really, but I have started reading the 1st Twilight book and I'm addicted! My husband thinks I'm crazy but I just can't put it down. I see what all the fuss is about now! haha Anyone else as late as me in catching on to this crazy addiction??

My little man is almost 2!

Hayden's 2nd birthday is quickly approaching... January 16 he will officially 2! We had his birthday party this past Saturday at Jump for Joy. He was surrounded by lots of friends and family and we had a great time. He really enjoyed everyone singing "Happy Birthday" to him and then getting to blow out his candles!

Hayden was once again spoiled with lots of gifts - a play kitchen (he's quite the little chef these days!), lots of fun summer clothes, a TV w/DVD player for his room (so he can watch his Elmo DVDs and Mommy and Daddy can have their TV back... haha), and lots of other goodies. What a blessed little boy. Happy Birthday Hayden!
