Hayden's first soccer goal!
Hayden got his first goal at our second soccer game! We are so proud of him (and he was pretty proud of himself too!) I was so busy keeping Parker off the field, I didn't get it on video! Thanks to Stephanie's mom, Kim, she got some great pictures for me!

This little girl was fierce! Her coach kept her in the whole game and she scored a bunch. Hayden was not happy that "a girl" kept scoring against our team!

Yay for Rain!
After the parade last Friday, it FINALLY rained! It has been such a long, hot, dry summer! Hayden and I were so excited we went out to play in it while Parker took her afternoon nap. I love playing with my camera and taking pictures of Hayden when he actually asks me to. Makes for such great pictures. I love the rain and this sweet boy. I wish he'd stop growing up so fast!!!

Pioneer Reunion Parade
Last Friday, Crystal, Jodi and I loaded up the kids and headed over to Henrietta to watch the Pioneer Reunion Parade. The kids had a great time and we met up with our favorite Henrietta residents, the Jones girls!

Look at all that hair!!
Parker definitely got the hair that Hayden didn't have at her age. Poor Hayden was bald! Not Parker, she has a full head and everyone is always commenting on how much hair she has! I thought this picture was too funny not to share. haha!

Kite Festival
Coyote Ranch Resort had a free kite festival on Saturday and we met Mom & Jimmy out there to try out our luck flying a kite! Jimmy and Hayden got theirs in the air for a little bit but it just wasn't windy enough. Luckily they had cotton candy and other fun stuff to keep the kiddos busy. It was a great day!
Kate got to meet McGruff the Crime Dog
Jodi enjoyed the cotton candy even more than the kids!
1st Soccer Game!
Hayden had his first soccer game this past Saturday. It was a learning experience to say the least, but the boys did so good for none of them ever playing before! We didn't score any goals but the important part was that they all had fun out there. We'll get them next time! Here's some pictures of our family in our Tiger gear and then some I took at the game. Go Tigers!

Cousins sleepover
We sure do enjoy having Katelyn over for sleepovers! She and Hayden are the best of buds. Hayden said we should swim in the backyard since Kate was over, so we did! We'd sure love to have a real pool (hint hint Daddy haha) but this little plastic one will have to do for now! The kiddos had a great time playing in the water while David and I enjoyed a few beers on the porch.
Gonna miss these summer nights!
I'm thinking this pool might be too small for all 3 kiddos by next summer!
Parker preferred her own pool... haha She had the best time pouring water over her own head. Silly girl!
Phoebe enjoyed Parker's pool too. She was a hot dog from chasing the ball. Poor girl... she's getting so old!

Rocking Chair
Parker loves her little rocking chair that my aunt painted for her for her 1st birthday. She likes to sit in it and watch her favorite Nick Jr show, Bubble Guppies. She's also recently learned she can climb up in it and stand up. Luckily, she panics when she gets up there and gets our attention to get her down instead of stepping off thus far.
She looks like such a big girl in this picture! Where did my baby go? (-:

Ranch Roundup
Mrs. Connie took the kids to the Texas Ranch Roundup's kids' events Friday morning and asked Parker and I go to with them. What a great FREE event for the kids! They each got a cowboy hat, got to ride horses, a mechanical bull, make lassos and feed all different kinds of animals at the petting zoo. What a fun day! We'll definitely go back next year! Here are some pics I took of Hayden and his friends.
Poor Jackson held his nose for the first 20 minutes we were there... it was a little stinky!
Hunter waiting to feed the animals
Cowboy Bryson
Kelby, the toothless cowgirl
Hayden loved feeding the animals
That poor bunny... he had it turned upside down first, but finally got it turned the right way. What a calm animal!
Kelby liked the bunnies too!
Sweet cowgirl Addi
The mechanical bull was a hit with our kids. I think we stood in line for over 30 minutes to ride. The kids were so patient!
